Boxconcierge is provided by Trans-Express Inc. This is an agreement between Trans-Express, Inc. and the client. Trans-Express, Inc. will assign a permanent “Ship-to” address in the United States to the client and/or his authorized users for receiving and storing packages with the intention to be picked up or delivered to a client specified address at a later date.

Upon purchase and submission of payments to purchase our services, you acknowledge and accept the Terms as listed below
Registration to Boxconcierge is free. The client only pays for the fees related to the handling and storing of his/her packages by Trans Express, Inc
Trans-Express, Inc. is the provider of Boxconcierge, as such it is the entity responsible for the effective use of the service. All claims must be addressed to Trans Express, Inc by going on line and issuing a ticket here
The address used to provide Boxconcierge belongs to Trans-Express, Inc., The address is 7803 NW 37th St, Doral, FL 33166. .
At the time of registration, the affiliate authorizes Trans-Express, Inc. to receive packages and correspondence addressed to his/her name by any carrier, including UPS, FEDEX, DHL, AMAZON, USPS or any common carrier.The USPS requires that affiliates complete the Form 1583. The client agrees to provide such form when requested by Trans Express, Inc
The Boxconcierge service includes: Receiving, Picking up, storing and tendering the packages to the Client and/or the designated party representing the client when requested.. The service also includes domestic and international delivery. All fees exclude duties and taxes.
Trans Express, Inc reserves the right to have the packages ready for pick up or shipping within twenty four (24) hours after the client submits the handling instructions on-line
When you have scheduled a pick up at the location where your stuff is, you must be present and/or have someone else present on your behalf. You might be subject to additional fees for wait time, or additional intents after the original scheduled pick up
All merchandise which value exceeds $2,500 USD requires an export license and it is subject to special handling under E.E.I. (Electronic Export Information) protocols ,if client instructs Trans Express, Inc to ship it outside of the U.S.
Trans Express, Inc reserves the right to process the shipment within 24 hours of receiving authorization to proceed from client and having all the required documentation on-line.
The client authorizes Trans-Express, Inc., and / or its local representative in each country, to use any of the following means to secure payment for the handling storing or shipping the client’s packages:
Credit/debit cards (The client can choose to keep a Credit card on record for future payments)
PayPal
For your security, Trans-Express, Inc. never stores credit card information. Trans Express, Inc payment systems are tokenized. Trans-Express, Inc. does not capture any information considered PAN (Primary Account Number) . In addition, Trans-Express, Inc is a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified company.
The units used to priced the service are U.S Dollars ($) and pounds (lb)
The intent of Boxconcierge is to store the customer’s packages until they are requested again. If Trans Express, Inc is required to ship the items, either domestically or internationally, the packages are subject to dimensional weight. In such case the higher of the two, physical vs. dimensional weight will prevail. The following formula is used to calculate dimensional weight:

Trans-Express, Inc. reserves the right to add additional protection (“bubble wrap”) to packages it deems fragile. These have an additional cost according to the size of the package. The affiliate can choose to reject this service, but by doing so, they release Trans-Express, Inc. from all responsibility for any damage that the package may suffer while in transit to their country. At the same time, any service not listed in this document that might be incurred during the normal handling of the packages for the client will be charged accordingly.
Basic Insurance: Trans-Express, Inc., provides the member at no additional cost, a basic insurance in case of loss or damage, with coverage of U.S.$ 9.00/lb. up to a maximum of U.S. $100.00. The affiliate has the option of insuring for a higher value, at an additional cost, which must be requested by means of a ticket here. Additional insurance is subject to restrictions and deductibles.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or tendering of the items to client and/or party receiving the items when shipped to a different address. The claim must be done through the ticket system. Trans Express, Inc will use the original declared value of the items as when they were first received and inspected by Trans Express, Inc (Refer to Numeral 13). Trans Express, Inc reserves the right to compensate de Client in case of loss through credits in future shipments.
If the client generates a Chargeback with the Issuing bank before exhausting all options for compensation directly by Trans Express, Inc, the customer should be aware that Charge backs generate high fees from the Issuing Banks. Trans Express, Inc shall try to collect those fees from client when applicable. The client’s account can be deactivated until this issue is amicable resolved.
Shipping and Handling Fees vary according to size, weight, nature and declared value of the merchandize, as well as, the destination. Please consult our calculator for estimates.
The rates listed on the website pages are subject to change without prior notice.
Trans-Express, Inc. does not assume any responsibility regarding the quality, quantity, brand or any other aspect of the merchandise belonging to the customer. Any claim or dispute must be resolved directly with the seller or with the commercial establishment from which the customer obtained the merchandise
Trans-Express reserves the right to open and inspect all merchandise received from the customer at our facilities and it reserves the right to refuse service when it deems appropiate
The client using the Boxconcierge service is responsible to keep his/her information current at all times. Failure to do so might cause delays, losses or additional fees.
The Boxconcierge service is designed solely and exclusively for legal purposes. Trans-Express, Inc., as provider of the Boxconcierge service, works with the local and international enforcement agencies to locate and prosecute entities that intent to use the service for illegal activities.
It is the responsibility of the client to alert Trans Express, Inc immediately upon learning that his/her personal information was used without his/her consent. The client shall use the ticket system to generate an alert
Trans-Express, Inc. reserves the right to hold any merchandise that its suspected to have been acquired through a fraudulent or illegal transaction.
The information obtained in these cases is shared with local and international authorities that monitor and combat online fraud. Trans-Express, Inc. reserves the right to reject, at time of delivery to its facilities , any merchandise that its appears to be damaged, wet, dirty, or broken
It is the responsibility of the Boxconcierge user to instruct Trans Express, Inc through the Boxconcierge Site about the prefer means of delivery of the packages stored in Miami whether over the counter at its facility in Miami or by having the packages shipped to a client specified delivery address. This action can be done by logging into his/her account.
Trans-Express, Inc. reserves the right to dispose of any abandoned items in the manner it deems appropriate after a period of three (1) month for packages and correspondence, catalogs and magazines. The exception happens when the client has paid for additional storage. All costs associated with the disposal of merchandise will be charged to the client’s account.
Trans-Express, Inc. fees exclude charges that may be applied by the issuing Banks
Restricted Merchandize. There are certain type products that have U.S/international restrictions. The shipment containing what’s deems haz-mat material or restricted goods might be subject to additional fees. You can learn more by clicking here
Trans-Express, Inc does not ship the following items: pornographic material, cash, alcoholic beverages, firearms, perishable products, animals, alcoholic beverages and tobacco Please consult us before shipping this type of items to our address. Trans Express , Inc reserves the right to deny delivry of these items, return them to origen ot discard of them at the client’s expense.
Trans-Express, Inc. reserves the right to change terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review and learn about any new change. If the client does not agree with the terms and conditions, he/she can cancel the service at any time and without any fees.
Request for pick ups are subject to additional fees, except when it is your first order. The FREE pick up is limited to the following Zip Codes. There is also a limit of ten (10) boxes and/or three hundred (300) lb. Any excess amount of units or weight will be charged accordingly.
Promotions
Trans Express, Inc offers various types of promotions from discounts, refer a friend, loyalty programs and even discounts on prepaid services such as Storing and Shipping.
The mechanics to track the promotions is based on points. The points are worth a penny a point ($0.01 = 1 point)
The dollar equivalent earned during a specific promotion is automatically and directly redeemed on the next transaction in process. You don’t have to do anything. You will receive notice of the applied promotion amount and can also keep track of them by logging in into your account.
Trans Express, Inc reserves the right to issue, change or even terminate any promotion at will without notice.
