When you sign up for the service, you’ll have access to as little or as much space for storage as you need, when you need it. All you do is have the items delivered to our address with your Boxconcierge customer ID next to your name (see below) We’ll keep your packages safely stored until you pick them up or, if you prefer, we can deliver them to you anywhere in the U.S. or worldwide.
Fill out the form that appears on the Registration page.To open an account you must provide a valid email address. You can set up your payment method afterwards.
You will receive a U.S. based “Ship-to” address where you can have your packages delivered to. Trans Express, Inc will safely store them until you pick them up and/or we will have them shipped to any domestic or international address on your behalf. We can also have the packages picked up anywhere in the U.S if it is more convenient for you.
If the packages are on-line orders, Trans Express, Inc will also check the contents of the package and alert you in case there is an apparent damage and/or discrepancies with the packing list or commercial invoice. We can even return the items to the Store if necessary. We can also package the items to help you carry them with you or having them shipped to anywhere in the U.S or Worldwide

Our regular hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Any special request outside of our regular hours of operation can be done by logging in to your account and issuing a ticket and/or using our chat feature on our Web Site.
All your purchases are automatically insured for up to U.S. $9/lb up to U.S $100.00 in case of loss. At Trans-Express, we are responsible for your packages from the moment that they arrive up to the moment you pick them up or we deliver them to you.
Note: We are not responsible for the condition, the type or number of items inside the boxes. Any claims should be addressed to the party that the boxes originated from or packed them originally.
No. There is no fee associated with the registration, neither an expiration date. However, the following are reasons that the account might be closed:
  • Failure to use the account in one year
  • Failure to pay any and all amounts due
  • The account is used for purposes deemed illegal
Yes, you can have up to ten (10) people using your Boxconcierge address. Keep in mind that all fees associated with the handling of all items addressed to your account will be charged to you.
Fees are transaction based and applied according to the following table. Trans Express, Inc first applies the Handling Fee. The handling fee includes the first thirty days of storage. If you are under the 30 days storage time, and pick up your packages at our facilities that’s all you will pay. If you, instead, prefer to have the packages picked up or delivered, and/or would like to keep your packages stored for a longer period of time the applicable shipping/storage fees will apply. Same with every other item listed below.

Trans Express, Inc runs different promotions from time to time: Seasonal discounts, refer a friend, loyalty programs, and even discounts on prepaid freight. All promotions are transactional, which means that Trans Express, Inc applies the promotions directly an automatically to the next shipment in process. You will receive notice of the applied discount and should be able to see it in the information about your shipment when you log in.
Yes. You can track your packages on line by logging in to your account. You can also reach out to us by the chat feature on our web site or by opening a ticket if you have any issues with your packages
You need to log in into your account and using the dashboard select the packages that you wish that we have ready for you. Once you submit the order, Trans Express, Inc will have them ready within twenty four (24) hours of receiving your request. You shall receive notice via email when ready. When you have multiple packages in storage and have different instructions for different packages, you’ll be required to complete one request at a time
Bring a government-issued photo ID together with the Boxconcierge voucher issued by our platform when you submit the order for pick up.
Anyone whom you have shared the Boxconcierge claim voucher with. They’ll need a government-issued photo ID as well.
Your order will be considered “rush”. It is possible that you might have to wait at least an hour before we have the packages ready for you. “Rush orders” are subject to an additional fee of $5.00/order
Rush Orders do not apply to packages received the same day as the Rush Order was placed
You can reach out to us through our chat if you need immediate assistance or by issuing a ticket . The response to tickets might take 24 hours.
Dimension and weight: There’s a limit of 30 lbs (15 Kgs)/package and 30” in length on any one of its sides without incurring additional fees. Any item heavier or larger than the dimensions listed before will be subject to additional fees.

Restrictions on Merchandize for domestic or international shipping: Flammable goods, corrosives, explosives, weapons and munitions of any kind (this includes hunting weapons, arms for self-defense, tazers, mace, and paintball guns). Pornographic material is strictly prohibited. Other prohibited items include cash, jewelry, alcoholic beverages, fire arms and munitions, perishable goods, animals, medicines, and tobacco (unless they comply with the specific laws of entry of the specific country

If you intent to use Boxconcierge to store on-line orders and pick them up when traveling, you are subject to all the laws applicable to international travelers. Check your airline’s Terms and Conditions

On the other hand, if we are to deliver to a U.S. or International address, the following shipments are also considered hazardous materials and may require special handling to ship: Perfumes, aerosol cans, ink, dry ice, chemical products, and perishable goods

Log in to you account and look for “Services”. Here you’ll find the “Pick up “ option on the scroll down menu. Follow the instructions and complete the information required. Any applicable pick up fee shall be applied when you submit the order. Remember, pcik up at the following zip codes is FREE with your first order.
ONLY If they are “on-line” orders received at our facility on your behalf. We physically inspect the contents of any package to check if they are in good order and/or the items received do not match the invoice that accompanies the merchandize. If we find problems, you’ll be immediately alerted so you can take remedial measures. Also, you’ll be able to see the items in images. The images help you remember what items do you have waiting for you.
When that happens, Trans Express, Inc will do it on your behalf, without any additional cost as long as the Shipping charges are paid for by the Retailer (RMA –Return Authorization Form).Procuring the RMA from the store is your responsibility. If you don’t have the store’s RMA, Trans Express, Inc will use USPS and/or UPS for its return. The cost associated with shipping will be charged to your form of payment on record.
